The below may help in answering some common questions:
I am enquiring with regards to an order place in person at a craft fair
Unfortunately we are not able to answer queries on orders placed at craft fairs, as we manage the Internet side of Megan’s Jigsaws and Megan’s Handmade Jigsaws – please contact Megan directly on 01406 423 584
I am enquiring with regards to an order placed online at www.megansjigsaws.com or www.meganshandmadejigsaws.com
All orders placed online can take up to 28 working days to be dispatched as per our
terms and conditions, unless previously agreed. If this time has not elapsed, please
be patient – this is due to the hand-
I would like to return my product for an exchange or refund
On occasions this can happen, if this is the case, please return the product unopened in its original packaging to:

Including a note describing the reason for return – any refunds will only be issued once the product has been received, and will be issued via PayPal for online orders, to the originating method of purchase. Please retain your proof of postage, as lost products will not be refunded without this
I am enquiring as to whether you have a name in stock for urgent delivery
We carry a wide range of names in stock, so hopefully we will be able to dispatch these quite quickly. We will check our stock and come back to you as soon as possible
When is the last order date for Christmas?
This is dependant upon how busy we are at the time – however last year the last order date online was the 30th November, so this should give you an idea. However, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we have the product required in stock – otherwise you can find us at the Lincoln Christmas Show – this really will be the last chance to purchase in time for Christmas
